Abstract

The increasing development of smart technologies offered many opportunities for objects in the real world to communicate using sensors and communication networks. One of the application areas is the construction of smart classroom for campus Informatization. The construction of smart classroom based on the smart technologies such Internet of thing(IoT), Bigdata, cloud computing, mobile computing, network infrastructure need the understanding of their roles in this development. This conceptual paper explores the roles of these smart technologies for smart classroom development toward a smart campus information system. Through the analysis of the key concepts, the architectural layers for the smart classroom were proposed hoping to achieve sustainable intelligent classroom towards smart campus information system.
