Abstract

Powdery mildew caused by Oidium mangiferae a major disease of mango dispensing essential quantitative moreover quantitative losses. In spite of the fact that agro-synthetic materials are successfully regulated the disease at a decent rate yet on account of critical cost, non-eco-obliging nature and opposite results of substance control measures, investigation for eco-accommodating, feasible, minimal effort methodologies becomes inevitable. Herein, this review deals with the Eco-friendly approach on management of Oidium mangiferae as well as future prospective of elemental research in plants disease control through non chemical approach.
